I accept insurance because I believe therapy should be as accessible as possible. I am currently contracted with several insurance carriers and EAP (Employee Assistance Programs) services. If your insurance is not listed here, please reach out to me directly—I’ll be happy to confirm whether I am in-network or discuss other options. If I am not in-network, I can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Self-Pay Rates
I believe in providing straightforward pricing for clients who do not have insurance coverage, or whose insurance I am not currently contracted with. My self-pay rates are listed here. To help make therapy more accessible, I also offer a reduced “pay-now” hardship rate for clients without insurance who are experiencing financial hardship. This option is available only upon request and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
