SERVICES OFFERED

Individual Therapy

I work with adults (18+) who are ready to invest in themselves, even if they’re feeling stuck or unsure where to start. My role is to provide a safe space where you can share openly, process emotions, and work toward becoming the healthiest, most authentic version of yourself. Therapy is a collaborative process: I’ll encourage you, guide you, and be transparent with you along the way.

Areas of Focus

Therapy looks different for everyone, and people seek support for many reasons. Some come to manage day-to-day stress, while others are navigating deeper struggles or major life changes. Below are several areas where I often provide support—but this list isn’t exhaustive. If something else is weighing on you, please reach out so we can talk about whether I’m the right fit for your needs.

Counseling for

ANXIETY &
DEPRESSION

Living with anxiety or depression can feel overwhelming, draining, or isolating. Our work together may include building coping skills for racing thoughts or low mood, exploring healthier thought patterns, and finding ways to re-engage with what matters most to you. We can focus on what helps you feel steadier, calmer, and more hopeful.

Counseling for

RELATIONSHIPS & CODEPENDENCY

Relationships can bring both connection and conflict. We can focus on improving communication, strengthening boundaries, and noticing patterns of codependency that leave you feeling burnt out. This may include practicing skills for healthier dynamics, building clarity in how you relate to others, and supporting you in creating happier, more balanced connections.

Counseling for

SUBSTANCE USE

Substance use often develops as a way of coping. Together, we can explore the role substances play in your life and what changes you’d like to see. Our work may include practicing healthier coping strategies, using motivational interviewing, or setting goals such as abstinence, harm reduction, or simply imagining life with less reliance on substances.

Counseling for

CHRONIC ILLNESS

Managing a chronic condition—like long COVID, mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), or other invisible illnesses—can be exhausting, especially when others can’t see what you’re going through. Therapy may include processing the grief, frustration, and fatigue that come with these experiences, while also exploring strategies for self-care and resilience so you feel supported both physically and emotionally.

Counseling for

LIFE TRANSITIONS

Major life changes—whether expected or unexpected—can stir up uncertainty, emotional ups and downs, or a sense of losing direction. We can focus on processing the feelings that come with transitions such as career changes, shifts in relationships, moving, or loss. Some of this work may include clarifying values, exploring new possibilities, and finding steadiness in times of change.

Counseling for

MOOD & PERSONALITY
DISORDERS

Living with mood or personality disorders can feel complicated and isolating. Our work may include recognizing patterns, understanding symptoms, and exploring strategies to build more stability. We can also practice DBT-informed skills such as emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness—always focused on what feels most supportive to you.

Counseling for

STRESS

Stress shows up in so many ways—tension in your body, trouble sleeping, feeling constantly on edge. In therapy, we can focus on recognizing when stress becomes unmanageable and practice techniques that help you restore balance. This may include learning how to calm your body’s response and finding personalized strategies that make stress feel easier to manage.

Counseling for

SELF-ESTEEM &
CONFIDENCE

How we see ourselves impacts every part of life. We can focus on exploring the beliefs that shape your self-view, challenging unhelpful self-talk, and practicing self-compassion. Some of this work may include building confidence, learning to prioritize your needs, and incorporating self-care in a way that feels sustainable and empowering.

Counseling for

OTHER AREAS
OF FOCUS

Not everything fits neatly into a category. Beyond the areas above, I offer trauma-informed care, support for the LGBTQ+ community, and address women’s issues, identity concerns, grief, and more. We can focus on whatever feels most important. If you don’t see your concern listed, please reach out and we can talk about whether I might be a good fit.
